We may also provide a comparable loaner machine if it is necessary to remove your printer to our depot repair center. In addition, GTS- Laser Printer Specialist will customize the maintenance contract to meet your specific needs.
Blocks of hours are sold to clients in the amount of 5 to 100 hours prepaid. Like the annual maintenance agreement, clients can request a guaranteed same day or next day response time to fit their service needs. Unlike the annual maintenance agreement, clients are not limited to a specific time period to use their hours and the hours can be used on all product GTS- Laser Printer Specialist services and supports. All parts are billable at a 10% discount reflected on the invoice and all work performed carries a 90 day warranty. Labor pricing can be up to 35% off the published rate based on the quantity of hours purchased and the guaranteed response time needed. Comparable loaner equipment and technical support is available. GTS- Laser Printer Specialist will customize the block agreement to meet your specifics needs.
